REFUND POLICY

Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin the process of production. Due to the custom nature of ALL of our workshops and kits, we do not issue refunds for cancellations.

If you need to cancel, we’re happy to hold your project in-house so you can reschedule and complete it at another time. If preferred, we can prepare your project as a Take-Home Kit, which includes the necessary supplies and instructions to complete it at home.

Please note: not all projects are eligible for take-home.

Take-Home Kits are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for a different kit of equal value if needed.
