REFUND POLICY

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:

Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin the process of production.

🚫 Policy: Due to the custom nature of ALL of our workshops and kits, we do not offer REFUNDS. If you can’t attend, email info@hammerandstainhaddon.com at least 48 hours in advance to request a studio credit or your project as a take home kit. Please note: not all projects are eligible for take-home. Credits must be used within 6 months. Take-Home kits must be picked up within 2 weeks.

🚫 Take-Home Kit orders are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.

🚫 Each registration ticket admits one person only. Additional guests must purchase their own ticket to participate. No 2 people can work on the same project unless otherwise specified in the project description.
